Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service/Kitchen Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service while supporting kitchen operations, including meal and food preparation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for catering, cooking, and delivering high standards of food safety. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic hospitality environment, contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Duties

Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner
Assisting with meal preparation and food presentation according to established standards
Preparing ingredients and assisting with cooking activities as needed
Ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area
Restocking supplies and maintaining stock levels for efficient service
Packing takeaway orders accurately and quickly
Occasionally helping create short social media videos (TikTok/Instagram) to promote the business

Requirements

Previous experience in catering, restaurant work, or similar food service roles is preferred
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour when interacting with customers and team members
Basic kitchen experience, including food preparation and serving techniques
A genuine interest in culinary arts and customer service excellence
Ability to work flexibly, including during busy periods
Comfortable appearing in short social media videos occasionally

This role provides an excellent platform for individuals passionate about hospitality, offering valuable hands-on experience in both customer service and kitchen operations.
