Full job description

Location: Everyman Driving Experiences (Office Based)
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday
Choose either:

8:30am – 5:00pm, or
9:00am – 5:30pm

About Us

Everyman Driving Experiences is one of the UK's leading driving experience providers, delivering unforgettable experiences at circuits and venues across the country. We're looking for an organised, detail-oriented Data Administrator to join our friendly and fast-paced office team.

The Role

As our Data Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring our systems are accurate, up to date and running efficiently. Working closely with different departments, you'll be responsible for maintaining customer and operational data, supporting reporting, and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with data, has excellent attention to detail, and takes pride in accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update customer and business databases.
Process and verify data accurately and efficiently.
Import, export and manipulate data using Microsoft Excel.
Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies.
Produce reports and spreadsheets for management.
Support operational teams with data requests.
Assist with system updates and data cleansing projects.
Ensure compliance with GDPR and company data policies.
General administrative duties as required.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous administration or data entry experience.
Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Is highly organised with good time management skills.
Is confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Can work independently as well as part of a team.
Has strong communication skills.
Is proactive, reliable and willing to learn.

Experience with CRM systems or booking systems would be an advantage, but is not essential as full training will be provided.

What We Offer

Salary of £27,000 per year
Monday to Friday working hours – no weekends
Choice of working hours (8:30am–5:00pm or 9:00am–5:30pm)
