Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team. This role involves cleaning windows of various heights and locations, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and safety. The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills within the cleaning industry.

Duties

Clean windows on residential properties, using appropriate equipment such as reach and wash systems and specialised cleaning tools
Ensure all work is completed safely, adhering to health and safety regulations
Use cleaning solutions and tools effectively to achieve streak-free results
Maintain equipment in good condition and report any repairs or replacements needed
Communicate professionally with clients to understand their requirements and provide excellent customer service
Follow schedules and deadlines efficiently to ensure timely completion of jobs
Keep work areas clean and organised after completing each task

Experience

Previous experience in window cleaning or a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory, as training will be provided
Valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between sites
Good command of English, both spoken and written, for effective communication with clients and team members
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and understand client needs
Ability to work at heights safely and confidently
Physically fit with the stamina required for manual labour over extended periods
