Customer Service / Sales Representative

Looking for a role where you can work with people, build real skills, and be part of something meaningful?

We’re representing a growing Glasgow-based company delivering face-to-face campaigns on behalf of well-known organisations. Right now, they’re expanding a campaign focused on raising awareness and support for a national health-focused charity dedicated to heart health, research, and life-saving prevention.

What You’ll Be Doing

Engaging with members of the public in busy retail locations and event spaces
Starting friendly, meaningful conversations around heart health awareness and prevention
Sharing information about how donations support research, education, and patient care
Encouraging long-term support through regular donor sign-ups
Representing the campaign with professionalism, empathy, and energy
Answering questions and ensuring a positive, informative customer experience
Working towards individual and team-based performance targets
Helping set up and maintain engaging promotional stands

About the Campaign

You’ll be part of a campaign that focuses on improving lives through education, early detection, and funding critical research. The role involves connecting with people on a human level — helping them understand the importance of heart health and how their support can make a real difference.

This isn’t hard selling — it’s about building trust, raising awareness, and creating meaningful interactions.
