Overview
Join our dynamic creative team as a Graphic Designer and unleash your artistic talent to craft compelling visual stories across multiple platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative designs that elevate brand identity, engage audiences, and support marketing initiatives. Your expertise in digital art, branding, and visual communication will drive the creation of stunning graphics that resonate with diverse audiences. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate on impactful projects and refine your skills in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute captivating visual concepts for digital and print media, including branding, advertising campaigns, social media content, and website assets
Create engaging motion graphics and video content using tools like Adobe After Effects and video editing software to enhance storytelling
Design logos, icons, layouts, and typography that align with brand guidelines and project objectives
Collaborate with marketing teams to produce compelling visual content that supports campaigns and brand messaging
Manage design projects from concept through production, ensuring high-quality output within deadlines
Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and InVision for various design tasks
Incorporate principles of color management, typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy to produce polished digital art and print materials

Requirements

Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, UI/UX design, motion graphics, and illustration work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe After Effects, Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and other relevant tools
Solid understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and visual storytelling techniques
Knowledge of web development fundamentals including HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics for collaborative projects involving web design or interactive media
Experience with content management systems such as WordPress or similar platforms is a plus
Strong presentation skills to articulate design concepts clearly to stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to thrive within a creative team environment
