Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar/Floor Staff to join our vibrant team. This role involves providing excellent customer service in a lively hospitality environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess strong organisational skills, and have a positive attitude. Previous restaurant or bar experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within the hospitality industry.

Duties

Serve beverages and food to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
Prepare and replenish bar supplies, ensuring cleanliness and organisation
Take orders accurately and process payments using the point-of-sale system
Maintain cleanliness of the bar and floor areas throughout the shift
Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring a welcoming environment
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operation of the venue

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not essential
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
Excellent serving skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Effective time management to ensure prompt service during busy hours
Ability to work well within a team and adapt to changing priorities
Good communication skills to interact confidently with guests and colleagues
