Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Front of House (FOH) team member to join our vibrant establishment on a full-time or part-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. This role offers an opportunity to work in a lively environment where your organisational skills and flair for service will be highly valued. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently, providing friendly and attentive service
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards
Manage cash register operations, including handling payments and giving correct change
Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during busy periods
Engage with guests to enhance their experience, creating a warm and welcoming environment
Comply with all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during shifts

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Knowledge of food safety standards relevant to bar operations
Experience in serving beverages and managing guest interactions in a fast-paced setting
Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proven time management abilities to ensure timely service during busy hours
Previous restaurant or bar experience is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
Ability to work well within a team and adapt quickly to changing priorities
