We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Bembridge (PO35) area.

We are looking for a younger, high-energy individual who shares a love for music and gaming to join our team. In this role, you'll be hands-on with the controller, playing video games on the client's behalf and keeping the entertainment going. A great, quite sarcastic sense of humour is absolutely essential to match the client's personality, so if you love sharp wit, good music, and casual gaming, you'll fit right in!

Tracheostomy Dependant.
PEG Fed.
Quadriparesis.
Ventilation and BiPap.
Bulbar Palsy.
Seizures

Shifts include

Nights available from 10pm to 8am

We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience
Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle
You will be subject to a DBS/PVG check and references
You must have the Right to Work in the UK
