About TAG Aesthetics

TAG Aesthetics is one of Essex's leading aesthetics, laser and wellness clinics, providing a wide range of advanced treatments in a luxury, welcoming environment. As our clinic continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist & Client Coordinator to become an important part of our team.

This isn't your typical reception role. As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you'll play a key part in creating an outstanding customer experience while helping guide new enquiries into booked consultations and treatments.

We're looking for someone who is confident, organised, friendly and enjoys speaking with people. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a busy environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Welcome every client into the clinic with a warm, professional and friendly approach.
Answer telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and social media enquiries promptly and professionally.
Contact new leads who have enquired about our treatments, answer their questions and help book consultations and appointments.
Follow up with prospective clients and support them through the booking process.
Manage practitioner diaries and schedule appointments efficiently.
Process deposits and payments while explaining finance options where appropriate.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organised and reflects the high standards of the clinic.
Assist with daily administrative duties, including client records and appointment management.
Support the clinical team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.
Help maintain excellent client relationships before, during and after treatment.
Work towards enquiry conversion and booking targets while always providing honest, pressure-free advice.

What We're Looking For

Previous reception, customer service, retail, hospitality or administrative experience.
Confident and professional telephone manner.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
Comfortable using computers and booking systems.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy clinic environment.
A positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping people.
Confidence speaking to new enquiries and converting them into booked consultations.
Ability to work independently while also being a supportive member of the team.

Desirable

Previous experience within an aesthetics, beauty, medical or dental clinic.
Experience using booking systems or CRM software.
Sales or lead conversion experience.
Knowledge of aesthetic or laser treatments (training can be provided).
