Level 3 Childcare Practitioner – Join Our Friendly Team

Are you a qualified Level 3 practitioner who loves working with children and takes pride in doing things well?

We’re looking for someone who is warm, motivated, and ready to be part of a supportive team that cares about giving children the very best start.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role where you will:

Build positive, trusting relationships with children
Create a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment
Support children’s learning through play, exploration and conversation

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “do the job”, but someone who takes initiative and enjoys making things better.

What We’re Looking For Level 3 Qualified (essential)

You must hold a full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification.

Great with children

You genuinely enjoy being with children and understand how they learn
You use conversation, play and interaction to support development
You help create an environment where children feel happy, confident and secure

Strong, consistent practice

You understand the EYFS and how to put it into practice
You help plan and provide engaging activities that keep children interested
You take pride in keeping your room well-organised, inviting and ready to learn

Someone who shows initiative

You notice what needs doing and get stuck in without being asked
You bring ideas to improve the environment or activities
You are happy to take responsibility and maintain high standards

A supportive team player

You work well with others and communicate clearly
You build good relationships with families and colleagues
You are open to learning, reflecting and developing your practice
