Job Overview

Duties

Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties by providing expert advice and support throughout the process
Conduct property viewings, open houses, and market tours to showcase listings effectively
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders
Negotiate offers and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties
Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, updating property listings, and maintaining client records
Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and relevant regulations to provide accurate guidance
Coordinate with legal teams, mortgage brokers, and surveyors to facilitate smooth transactions

Requirements

Proven administrative experience with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients and listings efficiently
Exceptional communication skills to clearly convey information and build rapport with diverse audiences
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broader client base and enhance outreach efforts
Strong organizational skills to handle documentation, scheduling appointments, and follow-ups seamlessly
Enthusiastic attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client service
Knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, or licensing requirements is a plus but not mandatory
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a lively environment
