Hedley’s College is a high-quality specialist further education and training provider. We provide education and training for young people aged 16-25 with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities who require specialist individual programmes to develop their communication, independence, and employability skills. We help our learner make successful transitions into adulthood within the Northeast region.

The Role

We are looking to appoint an organisation Administration Assistant to be front of house and first point of contact for all students, colleagues and vistiors to the College. You will provide a fully comprehensive reception and administrative function to the college.

You will be a positive and courteous team player, able to work on your initiative with a flexible but organised approach to tasks. We are looking for someone with a good attention to detail as the post holder, with strong literacy / numeracy skills. A NVQ Level 1 in business admin would be advantageous.

The role will be working 3 days, Wednesday and Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm and Friday 8.30am - 4pm.

[TTO roles only] Salary amounts quoted are from 1 September to 31 August and therefore, if you commence employment part way through the academic year, it will be subject to an equated salary adjustment.
