About The Role

Job Role – Vendor Support Administrator

Salary – £12.95 per hour

Location – BCA Prees Heath

Working Hours – Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Type of Employment – Permanent

We’re looking for down-to-earth people, with bags of energy, ready to make their mark on the automotive industry. Our Site Operations and Driving teams play a vital role across our business. Main purpose of the role

Within this role, you will be joining a team that provides support to ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations within your division. An ideal candidate for this role will have great administrative and data entry skills, a flexible approach and lots enthusiasm.

Your key responsibilities will be:

General office duties such as completing data, uploading files to the internal systems, filling paperwork, responding to telephone and email queries
Creating and maintaining records of incoming vehicles and liaising with the site on any vehicles that have been rejected
Managing movement schedule and vehicle tracker
Dealing with any customer returns for repairs ensuring a quick turnaround
Other ad-hoc administrative duties will be included
To ensure all work is completed within the time allotted.
To work efficiently to ensure, targets are met.
To develop and maintain professional and positive working relationships with colleagues.

To be successful, you’ll bring the following with you:

Strong customer service skills with a professional and responsive approach
Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
Strong IT skills, especially in Excel, with experience of Salesforce or similar systems an advantage
Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
Effective communication and influencing skills
A proactive team player who works well in a fast-paced environment
