Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Hydraulic Hose Technician, where your expertise will drive the maintenance, fabrication, and repair of hydraulic hoses and related equipment. In this energetic role, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring hydraulic systems operate smoothly and safely across various industries. Your mechanical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on approach will contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with heavy machinery, develop technical proficiency, and be part of a team committed to excellence.

Duties

Fabricate, assemble hydraulic hoses using specialized equipment in accordance with schematics and technical specification
Read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical diagrams to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs
Conduct equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on hydraulic systems, including excavators, forklifts, and other heavy machinery
Use mechanical knowledge to identify worn or damaged components and recommend appropriate solutions for replacement or repair
Maintain detailed records of all fabrication, repairs, and maintenance activities for quality control and safety compliance
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about repairs needed and timelines

Qualifications

Proven experience with assembly of hydraulic hoses
Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of hydraulic systems, schematics, and equipment repair procedures
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for fabrication and maintenance tasks
Familiarity with heavy machinery such as excavators or forklifts is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with a customer-focused attitude to ensure client satisfaction
