Internal Sales Representative

Are you a motivated and customer-focused sales professional looking for your next opportunity?

We're seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join our Sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering outstanding service.

As a key member of the team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping to generate new business, support existing accounts, and work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Whether you already have internal sales experience or come from a strong customer service or account management background, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Responding to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and online channels.
Preparing and issuing quotations and sales proposals.
Following up quotations and leads to maximise sales opportunities.
Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintaining customer records within the CRM system.
Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
Supporting external sales colleagues with account management and lead generation activities.
Working closely with Operations, Procurement, and Finance teams to meet customer requirements.
Achieving individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Providing sales reports and updates to management.

What We're Looking For

Essential

✅ Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.

✅ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

✅ Strong organisational and administrative abilities.

✅ Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

✅ A proactive, self-motivated approach with a desire to achieve results.

✅ Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Desirable

⭐ Experience using CRM systems.

⭐ Experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
