Location: Brisley NR20 5DW – 6 miles from Fakenham & Dereham (public transport is very limited, you will need to drive)

Experience: 5 years working in hospitality, with management experience – ESSENTIAL

Pay: £30,000-£32,000

What do we want from you?

Excellent cellar knowledge with the ability to lift and rack barrels & kegs and line clean
To create innovative drink menus, align guest preference with knowledge of food and drinks pairing
Knowledge of compliance with Health & Safety
Understanding of stock & ordering
Good understanding of margins
A clear understanding of high service standards
Ability to deal with pressurised situations in a calm and confident manner
You’ll be an enthusiastic and proficient leader
You’ll be great at using your initiative
You’ll be organised and punctual

The Brisley Bell is a busy, fast paced and customer focused award-winning pub. Our team work hard to ensure every customer enjoys their time with us. Our Front of House staff are friendly and conscientious; they take pride in the service and experience we offer and need to be lead by a strong and confident manager. This is an opportunity to work in a busy pub with some lovely customers and be part of a friendly team developing skills, gaining great experience and with the chance to learn and develop your career, should you so wish.
