Overview

Join our busy team as an Administration Assistant and become a vital part of our organisation’s smooth operation! In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, ensuring that daily office functions run seamlessly. Duties

Manage incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and clear communication.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documents using Microsoft Office and data entry tools to ensure easy retrieval and accuracy.
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, coordinating calendars effectively.
Perform data entry tasks accurately in software and other office management systems.
Support clerical tasks including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and ordering office supplies to keep the workspace well-stocked.
Handle correspondence via email and phone, responding promptly and courteously to inquiries.
Maintain a tidy and organized office environment that promotes productivity and professionalism.
Support our Independent Financial Advisors in their administration needs.

Experience

Can you demonstrate great customer service?
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Do you have organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent typing speed with high accuracy for data entry tasks.
Knowledge of phone etiquette standards to handle inquiries professionally and courteously.
