Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Casual Bar Staff to join our vibrant team . As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

Your role will involve not only bartending but also assisting with food service where necessary , making it essential that you possess a strong understanding of food safety and time management.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
Assist with the serving of food items as needed, adhering to food safety regulations.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and taking orders efficiently.
Handle transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as required.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a bar or event hospitality setting is essential; a willingness to learn is key.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
Basic bartending skills with an understanding of drinks, including cocktails and beverage upselling.
A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer service.
Ability to work well within a team environment while also being self-motivated when required.
Must have basic experience in a Bar environment & basic cocktail making
Our venues can run from early hours in the morning for a conference to late in the evening until 2am depending on the event type
