Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and drinks with a friendly smile.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
Take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations based on menu knowledge.
Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations to guarantee the health and safety of our guests.
Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and potential allergens, to assist guests effectively.
Participate in catering events as required, providing excellent service outside the restaurant setting.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a must.
Familiarity with food safety practices is highly desirable.
Experience in bartending or catering can be an advantage but is not mandatory.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for this role.
A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset are crucial for success in our vibrant environment.
