Summary

We are seeking a Post Completions Clerk to join our team in Bradford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous conveyancing experience who enjoys managing registrations and ensuring matters are completed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

✅ Preparing and submitting applications to HM Land Registry
✅ Dealing with registrations of freehold and leasehold transactions
✅ Handling Land Registry requisitions and responding promptly to avoid delays
✅ Preparing and submitting SDLT returns (desirable)
✅ Closing files and ensuring post-completion procedures are followed
✅ Liaising with fee earners, lenders, management companies and third parties
✅ Maintaining accurate records and updating case management systems.

Qualifications

✔ Previous experience in residential conveyancing post completions
✔ Experience dealing with HM Land Registry applications and requisitions
✔ Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
✔ Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
✔ Strong communication and IT skills

Desirable

⭐ Experience using Osprey Case Management
⭐ Knowledge of SDLT submissions
⭐ Experience with leasehold registrations and notices
