The Role

As part of the Juices4Life team, you will help deliver an exceptional customer experience by preparing fresh products, maintaining excellent standards and supporting the smooth running of the store.

The level of responsibility will depend on your experience, skills and the position you are applying for.

Team Member Responsibilities

As a Team Member, you will be responsible for:

Greeting customers warmly and creating a welcoming environment.
Taking customer orders accurately and providing excellent service.
Preparing fresh juices, smoothies, coffees, açai bowls, paninis, wraps, salads and other menu items to company standards.
Operating the till and processing cash and card transactions accurately.
Maintaining excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and organisation throughout the store.
Cleaning equipment, workstations, customer areas and facilities to a high standard.
Restocking ingredients, packaging and supplies throughout the day.
Rotating stock correctly and supporting inventory management.
Receiving and checking deliveries.
Following opening and closing procedures.
Following all food safety, allergen awareness and health & safety procedures.
Working efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality standards.
Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment.
Promoting Juices4Life products confidently and helping customers make suitable choices.
