Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Mechanic/Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintain and repair a variety of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help keep operations running smoothly, providing reliable service and support across multiple projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills in a fast-paced environment that values precision, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Interpret technical schematics and mechanical drawings to accurately diagnose issues
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on diverse equipment using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
Assemble new machinery and components following detailed instructions and safety standards
Troubleshoot mechanical failures efficiently to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to proper safety protocols
Repair or replace faulty parts, ensuring all work meets quality standards
Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with team members and clients regarding repair status and maintenance needs

Requirements

Proven experience with schematics, mechanical systems, and equipment repair processes
Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience with assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and reading technical diagrams
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely as part of routine tasks
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
Prior experience in equipment repair or maintenance roles is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
