Full job description

We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrative & Legal Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working 2 days per week.

This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and experience working with legal documentation or within a professional services environment. You will play an important role in ensuring documentation is managed efficiently and that key administrative processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and circulating legal and business documents.
Chasing clients and stakeholders for signed documentation.
Monitoring outstanding paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
Raising and processing invoices.
Supporting the team with general administrative duties.
Ensuring documents are filed and stored accurately and confidentially.
Liaising with internal colleagues and external contacts in a professional and timely manner.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Confidence in following up with clients and stakeholders to obtain documentation.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
A professional, reliable, and proactive approach to work.

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Work Location: In person
