What You’ll Be Doing

Crafting fresh, delicious products - you’ll prepare and serve a range of PAUL favourites, always maintaining our high standards of quality and presentation.
Creating exceptional customer experiences - whether you’re assembling sandwiches or baking croissants.
Being a supportive teammate - you’ll work closely with colleagues, helping wherever needed and contributing to a positive, productive atmosphere.
Following our production and safety standards - you’ll uphold our food safety practices and production processes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every item prepared.
Getting stuck in where it counts - from daily tasks to occasional extras, you’ll follow management guidance and help keep the shop running smoothly.
