Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR and Recruitment Lead to drive our talent acquisition and human resources initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our workforce by implementing innovative recruitment strategies, managing HR systems, and fostering a positive employee experience. As a key member of our team, you will lead pioneer efforts to attract caring and enthusiastic team members, streamline HR processes, and ensure compliance with organisational policies. Your energetic approach and strong communication skills will empower you to make a meaningful impact on our company's growth and culture.

Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract caring and compassionate candidates in care roles.
Manage and optimize HR information systems such as bright hr for efficient data entry and record keeping
Coordinate with Care manager to understand staffing needs and facilitate seamless onboarding processes
Oversee social media management for employer branding, job postings, and candidate engagement.
Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational policies
Work alongside administrators to create a smooth and consistent onboarding process.
Support administrative functions related to human resources, including scheduling interviews, preparing reports, and managing correspondence

Experience

Proven experience in human resources or high level qualifications in HR and recruitment.
Hands-on experience with HR platforms.
Strong proficiency in data entry, record management, and utilising tools for recruitment tracking
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, manager, and team members.
Familiarity with social media management tools for employer branding initiatives
Prior administrative experience supporting HR functions is advantageous
Knowledge of indeed and other recruitment sites a plus.
