At SSS, our people are our greatest asset. Our experienced and dedicated team is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and practical, reliable renewable energy solutions. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Solar Administrator to join our friendly and professional team.

The Role:

As our Solar Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our operations. Working closely with our sales team, installation teams and customers, you will ensure projects progress efficiently from enquiry through to completion while maintaining outstanding levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain customer records using our CRM system.
Prepare quotations, reports and documentation using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Coordinate sales administration to support the successful delivery of solar installation projects.
Deliver exceptional customer service via telephone and email.
Schedule appointments, installations and engineer visits.
Liaise with customers, suppliers and installation teams to ensure effective communication.
Monitor project progress and maintain accurate records throughout each stage.
Assist with compliance documentation and project administration where required.
Support the wider office team with general administrative duties.

About You:

We're looking for someone who is experiened in the solar background, organised, proactive and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

You will have:

Previous experience in an administrative role within the solar, construction, electrical or renewable energy sector.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
Experience using CRM software.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
A customer-focused approach with a professional telephone manner.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Good IT literacy and confidence learning new systems.
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a growing team.
