The role

As a Customer Services Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the efficient movement of vehicles and assets through the repair and maintenance lifecycle. Working closely with customers, workshop teams, planners and transport colleagues, you'll help ensure vehicles and equipment are received, tracked, processed and returned on time.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy operational environment where your organisational skills, attention to detail and customer focus will directly contribute to operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Day-to-day, you will be:
Communicating with customers regarding vehicle and asset deliveries, collections and schedule changes.
Updating and maintaining accurate vehicle and asset records using company systems.
Coordinating with workshop, planning and transport teams to support the smooth flow of assets through the repair process.
Monitoring asset progress and escalating risks to delivery timescales, performance or compliance.
Producing reports, completing handover processes and supporting loading and unloading activities when required.

This is a full-time, permanent role based onsite at Bovington working 37 hours per week. Working hours are 08:00-16:30 Monday to Thursday, and Fridays 08:00-13:00.

Essential experience of the Customer Services Administrator:
Experience using Microsoft Office applications and business systems.
Strong administrative and record-keeping skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
Experience working in a fast-paced operational or customer service environment.
Full UK driving licence.

Qualifications for the Customer Services Administrator:
Educated to Level 2 National Qualification Framework (NQF) or equivalent workplace experience.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
