Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily office operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence via email, phone, and postal services with professionalism and courtesy
Maintain and update organisational records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks / Sage where applicable
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is correctly recorded and stored
knowledge of Ebay - creating listings, downloading reports, picking orders.
Support invoicing, billing, and bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Organise files both digitally and physically to ensure easy retrieval of information
Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed

Qualifications

Previous office or administrative experience is preferred
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), and data entry software Sage / QuickBooks is essential.
Good typing speed with high accuracy
Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is essential
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and organisational prowess are essential for success in this role
