Job Summary

CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

37.5 hours weekly across various shifts plus weekend rota

8.00 -16.30

9.00- 17.30

11.30- 20.00

Based in Tong, Bradford, we’ve been serving tech enthusiasts and businesses since 1995. Our Customer Service Team is integral to our business, ensuring each customer receives an excellent level of service and returns to Chillblast time after time.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our CS Team.

This is an exciting role, requiring commercial awareness and a commitment to maintaining continuous improvement across the team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working within a team of Customer Service Advisors to ensure an excellent standard of service is provided and maintained.

Liaising with customer via phone, email and live chat.

Adhering to strict quality standards for call handing, emails, and tickets.

Processing customer quotations, orders and order confirmations within agreed timescales.

Identifying, recommending, and implementing improvements to processes in order to increase efficiency.

Fixing short/incompatible orders.

Dealing with finance related issues.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

We need a highly motivated individual who will relish the challenge of working within a variety of functions within the Customer Service team and help us to move to the next level. We’d love to hear from you, if you have the following skills and experience

Proven experience of working within a commercial Customer Service Team in a customer driven industry.

Analytical and commercial approach.

Strong people and interpersonal skills.

The ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly and efficiently.

Ability to adapt to our ever-changing environment and reacting quickly to meet challenges.

Hard working with a can-do attitude.

Excellent time management skills

Ideally, the candidate should have knowledge of PC hardware, architecture, and peripherals.
