BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE - Bradford, West Yorkshire

THE ROLE:

A fantastic opportunity has become available to appoint a Business Development Executive at ATM Corporate Events. This role would be based at the main office in Bradford, West Yorkshire. You will be part of a fast paced and dynamic events team who are engaged in delivering a wide variety of corporate events to clients. The role focuses on bringing in event business from our existing and a new client prospective point of view. The candidate will need to come from a Sales lead background with experience of bringing in new sales business. You will need to work as part of a team but enjoy the backing and rewards of being part of a growing company.

THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

Key Responsibilities

Drive Client Acquisition: Proactively source, engage, and secure corporate clients through strategic outbound outreach, networking, and industry referrals.
Craft Compelling Proposals: Translate client briefs into creative, high-value event proposals, presentations, and pitches that close deals.
Build Lasting Relationships: Network at industry events and nurture stakeholder relationships to drive repeat business, upsells, and long-term loyalty.
Manage the Sales Pipeline: Efficiently track and manage leads, meetings, and conversion rates using CRM systems.
Collaborate Internally: Partner seamlessly with marketing and event operations teams to ensure flawless execution of client deliverables.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Proven B2B sales or business development experience, ideally within events
Proactive & enthusiastic person with the ability to work independently
Evidence of meeting Sales and Networking targets
Strong & professional telephone manner
A team player with the ability to lead on multiple projects
Excellent organisational skills
Self-starter attitude
Ability to effectively manage own time
IT skills, ability to work effectively using internal systems especially MS Office

Experience of selling Events
