Full job description

We're seeking a proactive Account Manager to oversee client relationships and schedule engineer visits for dental practices. You will be the main point of contact for our clients, responsible for delivering excellent service and building strong commercial relationships. Location: Braintree

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £35,000–£40,000 (dependent on experience)

Holidays: 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and personable Dental Supplier Account Manager to join our team in Braintree. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, scheduling engineer visits for dental practices, and ensuring outstanding customer service. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver efficient solutions and build strong commercial partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and nurture ongoing relationships with dental practice clients
Coordinate and schedule engineer visits to client sites, making use of geographic knowledge to optimise appointment scheduling and travel routes
Act as the main contact for all client inquiries and service requests
Deliver excellent customer service and foster trust with clients
Work as part of a supportive team to achieve shared goals
Maintain records and manage client accounts efficiently
Identify opportunities for growth and development within client accounts

Requirements

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Personable, professional, and able to build rapport easily
Experience in the dental industry preferred
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient with scheduling and account management tasks
Knowledge of the local area and ability to schedule appointments effectively based on geography
