With new contracts secured and continued growth across the business, we’re looking for a driven and organised Contract Administrator to join our team and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

The Role

As a Contract Administrator, you’ll be a key part of the team, supporting our managers and helping deliver projects across the UK.

You’ll be involved in:

Frontline communication – answering calls, supporting clients and keeping things moving
Managing emails and enquiries – ensuring nothing gets missed
Scheduling works and surveys – coordinating diaries using Google systems
Client support – issuing quotes, following up, booking work in
Keeping systems updated – spreadsheets, compliance tracking and reporting
Supporting finance and admin tasks
Research and problem-solving – helping managers make informed decisions
General office support – being the person who keeps everything organised and on track

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google systems

Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Type: Full-time, Permanent
