Job Summary

Join our dynamic small team as a Dental Practice Cleaner! We take cleanliness very seriously having won a National Loo of the Year Award in 2025 and rated a Diamond Grade loo 2 years in a row, we have supported our retiring cleaner of 6 years to be one of England's top cleaning technicians 2 years running! Your energetic approach to cleaning and attention to detail will help maintain a hygienic environment that promotes health and safety. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a professional healthcare setting while developing your skills in commercial cleaning. Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of waiting areas, restrooms, and common spaces using approved cleaning products and techniques
Restock supplies such as paper towels, hand soap, and disposable items to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to uphold hygiene standards
Dispose of waste properly in accordance with health regulations and practice policies
Follow safety guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or contamination
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution

Skills

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services preferred
Familiarity with a healthcare environment cleaning standards is a plus but not required
Ability to follow detailed instructions
Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness
Excellent time management skills to complete daily tasks efficiently
Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning supplies throughout shifts
Reliable team player with a positive attitude committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment
