About Us

We are currently looking for an organized, reliable, and proactive Part-Time Office & Accounts Administrator to join our Buckhurst Hill team. If you enjoy a varied role where your contribution genuinely matters, we would love to hear from you!

The Role

As one of our Office & Accounts Administrators, you will be part of our daily back-office functions, working closely alongside our Office Manager. This is an opportunity for someone looking for a stable, part-time morning role.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Administration: Handling daily cash drawer reconciliation and managing the monthly debtors cycle to ensure accounts are up to date.

Ledger Management: Maintaining both the purchase and sales ledgers accurately (inputting invoices, receipts, and payments into our financial software).

Customer Service: Acting as a key point of contact, professionally handling incoming enquiries from customers and suppliers via both telephone and email.

Executive Support: Providing occasional, personal assistant support to the company Directors.

General Office Support: Ordering office supplies and assisting with general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the business.

What We Are Looking For:

Previous experience in an office administration, data entry, or basic bookkeeping role is highly desirable but not essential.

Strong numeracy skills with experience or comfort in cash handling and ledger management and accounts software is a plus, but not essential.

Proficiency in IT skills is desirable, specifically MS Office (Word and Excel).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional telephone manner.

A reliable self-starter with great attention to detail who enjoys working as part of a small, dedicated team.
