Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.

Duties

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer phone calls promptly, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and directing calls as necessary.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records in our computerised systems.
Utilise for basic financial transactions and record keeping as required.
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Familiarity with Xero is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
