About Agentis Health Group
Agentis Health Group is a UK-based digital health management specialist, combining clinical expertise with digital innovation to make healthcare more efficient and accessible. The Group operates through three customer-facing brand pillars Agentis healthcare, Agentis Pharmacy and Agentis Labs alongside digital health products under the Living With and Squeezy brands. It is privately owned and backed by an institutional investor, with a clear strategy to grow through organic expansion, new digital-first propositions and selective bolt-on acquisitions over the next three to five years.
The Role
The Managing Director, Agentis Pharmacy is one of three pillar MDs on the Group Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Group CEO. The post-holder carries full accountability for the commercial performance, operational delivery, quality, regulatory compliance and growth of the Agentis Pharmacy pillar.
Agentis Pharmacy is the Group's regulated medicines business and its largest revenue contributor. It supplies, dispenses, prepares and distributes medicines to NHS acute trusts, hospital pharmacies, hospices, independent mental health providers, NHS mental health trusts, prisons and secure environments, ophthalmology providers and primary care customers. It also manages a software product portfolio, most prominently the e-Works EPMA system and Live View.
This is a commercially led role. The post-holder holds the GPhC, MHRA and Home Office regulatory accountabilities for the supply business, with the Superintendent Pharmacist and MHRA Responsible Person reporting into the role. The Group Clinical Director (a separate Group-level role) holds CQC accountability and clinical professional leadership across the Group's clinical services activity. The two roles work in close partnership at the boundary between supply and clinical services.
We are equally interested in pharmacists who have moved firmly onto the commercial side of the business, and in non-pharmacist executives from pharmaceutical wholesale, specialty pharma, named patient services, specials manufacturing or related life sciences services. What matters is that the post-holder has run a regulated B2B operation at scale, has driven its growth, and has done so with absolute respect for the regulatory framework.
Principal AccountabilitiesCommercial Growth and Customer Leadership

- Lead capital investment decisions that strengthen capacity, automation, safety, productivity and cost economics.
