Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Call Centre Agent to join our New team at Tates in Southwick. This role is vital in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support. As a key member of our team, you will help customers find the perfect service solution & stay updated while embodying our company's values of honesty and customer care.
Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide accurate information about vehicles, services, and promotions.
Assist customers in scheduling appointments and following up on inquiries.
Support sales efforts through effective upselling techniques.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry skills.
Communicate clearly with customers as needed.
Ensure phone etiquette standards are consistently met.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or call center roles.
Excellent communication skills in English, multilingual abilities are a plus.
Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with good analysis skills.
Experience in upselling or sales support is desirable.
Familiarity with data entry processes.
Ability to work well within a team environment.
