Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join our energetic sales team. In this role, you will be the key driver in engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process with confidence and professionalism. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will help foster strong relationships, close deals effectively, and contribute to the overall growth of our business. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The Role

Registering potential buyers and arranging viewings via telephone and in person
Generating and booking in valuations
Conducting viewings
Negotiating offers
Liaising with vendors to ensure excellent customer service throughout their journey with Lextons
Regularly monitoring and reacting to the property market to inform other departments of changes and ensuring market knowledge is up to date
Maintaining excellent industry standards by ensuring confidentiality
Remaining a professional presence through marketing and networking to ensure business opportunities are not missed.

The Person

Experience within estate agency preferred.
Good knowledge of MS office products.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create and maintain client relationships
Ability to multi-task
Excellent organisation skills
Confident telephone manner
Ability to work in a high-pressured environment
Ability to prioritise and organise own workload
Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
Team player
