Full job description

Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our new 'kindling' team as Bar & Floor Staff. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality and a desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Take drink orders and serve beverages to customers
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Upsell additional food and beverage items to customers
- Provide assistance to customers as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred but passion is essential!
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and regulations
- Bar experience in preparing a range of drinks from coffees to cocktails
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
