Full job description

We are a growing building company with a busy sales office in Old Town. We are looking for a smart, professional and organised Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our business.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for customers, suppliers, and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a positive impression of our company while supporting the day-to-day running of the office.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner
Answering and directing telephone calls
Managing incoming emails and correspondence
Scheduling appointments and meetings
Maintaining customer records and filing systems
Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks
Handling office supplies and general office organisation
Supporting management with various administrative duties

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and general office software
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Positive, reliable, and proactive approach to work
Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience
Previous experience in the construction industry preferable
Smart, professional appearance and attitude
