The Role

The Federation of Bishop Sutton Primary & Stanton Drew Primary Schools are seeking to appoint a Learning Partner supporting the learning of children across the schools.

The successful candidate will have:

Experience of working with children with SEND and SEMH needs
Experience of planning and delivering learning activities
Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding
Understanding of how to adapt and deliver support to meet individual needs
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational skills
A positive ‘can do’ attitude and nurturing nature
Hold Level 2 qualifications as a minimum.

This advert is for 20.5 hours initially, with potential to increase hours when further EHCP is issued. The Monday and Tuesday hours are necessary all day and preference is 2.5 hours afternoon Wednesday-Friday but this can be discussed at interview.
