About Us
At S & B Automotive Academy, we are committed to providing outstanding training and development within the automotive sector. We are looking for a motivated and proactive Administrator to join our friendly team on a maternity cover basis. This role is a fantastic opportunity to build skills in administration, IT, customer service, and business support, while working within a professional and supportive environment.

The Role
As an administrator, you will deliver exceptional communication across the academy, with employers, suppliers, learners, and prospective businesses. This is a great opportunity to gain experience within the administrative world.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the smooth running of the business day to day, by managing own tasks and ad hoc team duties.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service, to all agencies, internally and externally, existing and perspective.
Assist the business during recruitment drives – ads, shortlisting, maintaining trackers and CRM’s
Uploading new learners to our internal CRM ILR system, matching with the apprenticeship service for a successful financial monthly claim.
End Point Assessment booking, registering and processing results to certification
Exam invigilation
Filing / archiving
Covering reception duties during sickness / absence
Planning and attending 1:1’s and team meetings
Able and willing to undertake training and development as agreed.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage own workload.
Work well within a team and independently.
Previous customer service experience
English and Maths Grade 3 or C Equivalent.

Desirable:

Previous experience with CRM’S i.e eSign Up, PICs, Monday.com
Previous End Point Assessment support
Previous job advert / recruitment administration.

Typical Working Hours (can be flexible) - 37 hours :

Monday to Thursday 8-4:30pm with an hour lunch break.
Friday 8am-4pm with an hour lunch break.
No weekend working.

S&B are exempt from the 1974 rehabilitation act.
