Gymnastics Coach — SWL Gymnastics | £15/hr

SWL Gymnastics is looking for an experienced coach to join our team. While this role is primarily based at SWL Gymnastics, we can also offer additional hours at our affiliated clubs, Apex Gymnastics and Fulham Gymnastics, depending on your schedule.

About us
We specialise in recreational gymnastics and have developed a unique coaching style. We run an extensive squad programme — including floor and vault, junior, and senior squads. Coaches follow clear expectations for the skills gymnasts should be working toward, but you are free to design your own stations and session flow, as long as they are safe and fit within our rotations. Our average coach-to-gymnast ratio is 1:6 (and lower for beginners).

£15 per hour starting rate

What we're looking for

Experience coaching gymnastics (recreational or higher)
Ability to set up safe and engaging stations within rotations
Enthusiasm for helping gymnasts progress with a structured yet flexible approach
Reliability, good communication, and a willingness to be part of a team working across multiple clubs
