Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth operation of administrative functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating communication between departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and update customer information
Answering incoming calls, WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram messages
Assist with processing sales orders and quotations, ensuring timely follow-up and delivery
Coordinate communication between sales teams, clients, and other departments via Microsoft Outlook and other communication tools
Maintain organized filing systems for sales documentation and correspondence

Experience

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal,
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Demonstrated computer literacy and IT skills to adapt quickly to new systems
Previous experience in customer service roles is beneficial
Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment

This role requires a proactive individual with strong organisational capabilities, excellent communication skills. Candidates who are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team will thrive in this position.

Pay: £26,000.00-£26,500.00 per year
