Role Details:

Shifts: Various shifts between 6am – 10pm, including weekends (5 days out of 7)

About the Spa Receptionist Role:

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organised Spa Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a warm welcome and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional spa experience.

This is a varied role that combines outstanding customer service, administration, and operational support within a luxury spa environment.

Manage spa treatment, spa day, fitness, and membership bookings.
Provide a warm welcome and excellent customer service to all guests.
Handle telephone enquiries, bookings, and reception administration.
Conduct spa tours for prospective members and guests.
Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa and treatment rooms.
Assist with cash handling, vouchers, and retail sales.
Work closely with therapists, leisure attendants, and hotel colleagues.
Carry out routine pool safety checks and monitor spa guests when required.
Promote spa treatments, memberships, and products.

About You:

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience within a spa environment or similar setting (desirable)
Reception, hospitality or hotel experience (advantageous)
Delivers exceptional customer service with a professional friendly approach
Has excellent communication skills
Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
Works independently and as part of a team
Takes pride in maintaining high standards and creating memorable guest experiences
