Service Coordinator– Fixed365 Ltd

Location: Rhuddlan, North Wales
Hours: Full-Time Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm
Contracted Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £29,000 per annum + potential bonus

About Fixed365

Fixed365 Ltd is a growing heating, boiler servicing and maintenance company covering North Wales and the North West and is part of the wider Group247 group of companies.

We are looking for an organised, confident and proactive Service Coordinator to join our team in Rhuddlan.

This is a busy and varied role at the heart of our day-to-day operation. You will be dealing directly with customers, coordinating our engineers and making sure jobs are booked, managed and followed through efficiently.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working at pace, can manage changing priorities and, importantly, takes ownership of getting things done.

Key Responsibilities

Answering incoming customer calls and emails
Booking boiler servicing, maintenance and breakdown appointments
Managing and coordinating engineers' diaries
Planning engineers' workloads efficiently around location, availability and priority
Keeping customers informed and managing expectations
Liaising with engineers throughout the working day
Monitoring jobs from initial booking through to completion
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate customer and job records
Preparing quotations, invoices and general documentation
Following up outstanding jobs and actions
Liaising with suppliers, clients and other members of the wider team
Providing general administrative and operational support to Fixed365

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

Organised and able to manage several priorities at once
Confident and professional on the telephone
Friendly and customer focused
Proactive rather than waiting to be asked
Able to remain calm and organised in a busy, reactive environment
Good at problem solving and using common sense
Accurate with good attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email and computer-based systems
Reliable and able to take ownership of their workload

Previous experience in administration, customer service, scheduling or coordinating field-based engineers would be beneficial.

Experience within heating, gas, maintenance, construction or a similar service-based business would also be an advantage but isn't essential for the right person.
