Registered Manager- Children's Home

Location: Kettering

Salary: Up to £60,000 (+£5,000 Welcome Bonus)

Ofsted: "Good"

12 month FTC: MAT cover

You'll be overseeing the operations of our home in Kettering. This home will support up to 3 Children & Young People. This home would be ideal for someone with a background working in an EBD setting.

This home has seen long-term placements with Children, with a committed staff team including a Deputy Manager & 2 Senior Support Workers.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading a therapeutic children's home.
Building and developing a high-performing care team.
Delivering outstanding outcomes for children and young people.
Driving excellence in safeguarding, quality and compliance.
Creating a positive, child-centred and inclusive culture.
Managing operational performance, budgets and service development.
Coaching and developing future leaders within the team.

What you'll bring to the role:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a supervisory role within Children's Residential
Achieved or working towards a Level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health and Social Care services (Children and Young Peoples management qualification).
Experience working with trauma within Children and Young People
Strong knowledge of legislation and safeguarding procedures such as The Children Act 1989, Children's home regulations.
Experience of budgets and financial management.
Full driving licence is essential.
