We're looking for a detail focused Call Quality & Validation Handler to join our team on a part-time basis.

The role involves validating customer calls and checking that the information provided is accurate and meets the required standards. You’ll play an important part in maintaining the quality of our sales process and helping us identify any recurring trends that may need attention.

Key Responsibilities

Review and validate customer calls and sales activity
Confirm that customer information and interactions are genuine and accurate
Identify unusual activity, inconsistencies or recurring patterns
Keep clear and accurate records of your findings
Flag any concerns to the relevant team members
Help maintain a consistent and high standard across customer interactions

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Detail-oriented and able to spot things others may overlook
Confident listening to and reviewing customer conversations
Organised and reliable, with a good eye for accuracy
Comfortable working independently
Professional when handling customer information

Previous experience in call handling, sales administration or a similar role would be useful, but isn’t essential if you have the right approach and attention to detail.

Thursday & Friday
Part-time
