Pay Rate: £32, 371.74 + 12% Shift Pay = £36,256 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Nights - Sunday to Thursday - 22:00 to 06:00
Location: Burton on Trent - DE3 0BB

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Ensuring goods are received, stored, assembled and delivered to Customers / Distribution Centres in a time critical and fast moving Warehouse environment
Providing guidance, support and training to the warehouse colleagues
Assisting with the day to day running of the Shift, correctly utilising labour to meet budgeted targets and KPI's
Successfully manage the team in line with company operating systems and all other policies and procedures.

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Have previous experience in supervisory role within a Warehouse environment - management experience is essential for this position
Good level of IT skills
Good knowledge of Trailer weight/load weight knowledge
Experience working to tight deadlines in a warehouse setting
