Job Description: Monday to Friday job

Contracts Coordinator:

Revelation is launching a new recruitment division, and we’re looking for a confident, driven, relationship‑focused professional to lead it. If you enjoy connecting with people, winning new business, and building something from the ground up, this role is for you.

What you’ll do:

Call care homes, home care providers, nurseries, and mental health clinics daily.
Secure new staffing contracts.
Recruit and onboard high‑quality care staff.
Build long‑term client relationships.

What we’re looking for:

Confident communicator.
Experience in recruitment or sales.
Target‑driven and proactive.
Knowledge of the care sector (bonus).

Essential:

Making calls, negotiation experience.

Experience managing a recruitment desk.
